Due to the pricing and customizing of our pieces we do not allow for returns. Please be exact in measuring your room or space and especially the delivery entrance to ensure the piece will fit. In the case of damage upon delivery simply refuse the shipment and do not sign delivery paperwork. Please contact us by phone at 828-456-6600 for information regarding manufacturer warranty information. For any item refused upon delivery for a reason other than damage, the customer will assume all shipping charges incurred to and from your home.
